- All Production stops once a proof has been submitted to you. Delaying approval will delay production.
- We will not proceed until you, the customer, grants permission to continue after your approval (in writing, by email or signature).
- Revisions made to this proof will affect and delay turn-around times for your order as well as the quoted price.
- You are required to proofread all the information you provide, our work for any possible errors as well as approving the final design.
- We also need you to double-check the files and images you have provided for us to create your order. Examine and look for potential hiccups with specials symbols, logos, .png files, .jpg files, .svg files, .bmp files, fonts, quality of linked/ imported files, general formatting, etc.
- Some images may be slightly lighter or darker due to computerization. Once artwork is approved, each additional modification is a fee of $20.00. After signing this documentation of approval, you agree to start production on the mockup design. On completion of signing this document please return to this email address info@fgxapparel.com. Once the product is out of the original packaging and is used or worn, the product cannot be returned. All custom order sales are final.

In which to qualify for a potential (not promised) discount on a reprint. Return of full initial order in original packaging will be required. The potential of, and possible amount of discount will be determined by a variety of factors. (Whose error, how clean or legible the information provided by you the customer, were there multiple revisions to the order, was this order a rush order etc.). Please note that even if we make an error there may not be any discount on reprint as Now is the time for you to make a careful examination of our work. We rely upon your thorough inspection- any and all errors left undetected herein are your responsibility. Only you know your project well enough to make sure all elements are in place.
